It’s about 45 minutes from the beaten path. If you’re going to be traveling into the this area would recommend you take a 4 Wheel drive instead of a Toyota Camry. There are lots of large rocks in the road that need to be maneuvered around which could easily tear up the bottom of your vehicle if you were not extremely careful. When we are traveling to this particular campground we are in a vehicle that has 14 to 16 inches of clearance and we don’t hit any of the rocks. I would also be careful to watch for vehicles that are traveling quickly upper down the road.
Love the clean campaign grounds.
Not a terrible campground. Shade, bathrooms. The only issue is how close the spots are to each other. Not much privacy.
